Terms & Conditions
Policies:
- Prices and Taxes: All pricing is USD and based on nightly stays. All payments include state, county, city, and tourism taxes. A cleaning fee may also be included. All charges will be collected at the time of reservation.
- Full payment for the reservation will be charged when the room is booked.
- Pets: Brick Street Hotel is a pet-free zone. No pets are allowed.
- No Smoking: Brick Street Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. For security purposes, we provide video surveillance of staircases and hallways. Evidence of smoking (including tobacco products, medical or illegal products, or vaping) will result in a $250 fine charged to the credit card on file.
- Traveling with Minors All apartments at Brick Street Hotel include one king size bed. Only 127-C and 127-E have sofa beds, which are intended for minors who are traveling with their parents. Bedding is provided for the sofa beds. Guest is responsible for any damage to sofa bed and room caused by minors.
- Accessibility or Special Needs: Brick Street Hotel is a historic downtown 2-story building. Hotel rooms 301-H to 301-K are located on the first floor. 301-H is the only wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower. Apartments A – G are located on the 2nd floor with an extensive staircase. No elevator is available. Therefore, these rooms are not accessible for individuals with special needs.
- Parking: Street parking is available along both 3rd Ave and Evergreen streets. Additional parking is available ¼ block N on 3rd Ave behind the Federal Building.
- Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited on the property. This includes loud music, TV, or gatherings of more than two people not registered in the room agreement. In the event of a party, guests will be checked out immediately and asked to leave without a refund for the remainder of their stay.
- We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
Damage Waiver
- Guests will be held financially accountable for any damage to the property or items damaged or removed from the property, including kitchen appliances, utensils, towels, pillows, sheets, and more. Damages are defined as wine & blood stains, burns, cuts, tears, etc.)
- Additional fees will be charged for cleaning biohazards from room.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
Stress-Free Check-Out:
- We will take care of all cleaning, including towels and bedding.
- If you used dishes, please place them into the dishwasher, insert POD (from under sink) and start it.
- Please take all unused food and drink items you have brought into the room. Otherwise, it will be discarded before our next guests arrive.
Cancellation Policies
Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:
- Cancellation Policy: Should the reservation need to be cancelled, we will refund 100% of charges if cancelled more than 5 days prior to reservation start date. We will also refund 100% of cleaning fees and 50% of reservation charges if received 1 to 4 days prior to reservation. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to 4pm on start date results in no refunds.
- Postponing / Rescheduling Reservation: Should the reservation need to be postponed to a later date, we will apply 100% of charges toward new dates if notified more than 5 days prior to reservation start date. We will also make reservation changes if received 1 to 4 days prior to reservation start date for a $75 fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to 4pm on start date results in being charged for a 1 night stay with the remaining balance applied toward the new dates. (Additional charges may apply based upon room selection and dates requested.) When a reservation has been rescheduled, the cancellation policy regarding refunds is voided and no payments will be refunded.
